Bible Bee Update
Local Bible Bees were held all over the nation today to see who would advance to the national competition in Chicago. We won't know for a few days who advanced, but I had to post that Julia and John David each won first place in their divisions. The amount of Scripture they memorized is amazing! We celebrated with a trip to Red Lobster and Toys"R"Us tonight - with the grandparents of course. =)

That is awesome!!! Did your church sponsor one? If not how did you get involved?
ReplyDeleteMeems, our church here did not sponsor a bee. I heard about it last year from a blog I read. This was John David's second year and Julia's first (she barely made the age cutoff to get in this year). There are bees all over the place and we just went to the one closest to us and it was only about 30 minutes away. =)
