Shhhhhhhhhh........

There's a reason you shouldn't take your 3 year old (or any child who is old enough to talk) with you to your OB/GYN appointments. I'll leave the rest to your imagination since there's no lady-like way to explain it all (or maybe I should say it's all TOO lady-like). I don't think I've ever begged Julia to talk quietly so many times. Oh, fun times.......

  1. trying to get your little NOT to talk...now that's PRICELESS!!!

that's what's nice about having all boys. It's the ONLY time I'm not expected to take them with me to THAT doctor appointment! All other occassions, however, all fair game, including Granny! ;0

  2. So is she getting some 'terms'?
I really wish you'd let me watch her for those...
    We could collaborate.
I could show her childbirth videos while you were in stirrups... LOL
I really hadn't thought about how they were going with you to your appointments until that post.
    Poor la!! Let me help!!

  3. Bwahahaha.

Fun times. F. loved it when mommy got "checked on". I think because the nurses were so nice to her. A few months ago she always wanted to go see "mommy's doctor".

Next time you should close that little curtain around her. That has worked for me, once. I gave her a book and asked for privacy.
