The kids panned for arrowheads and other stones (they were sadly out of gold). They were quite impressed with their little bags of shiny arrowheads. They looked at them and held them for much of the trip home.
Daddy and Aulora also hung out in the shade and rested for a few minutes. We were up in the mountains, but it was still HOT!
